MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS RULES. 1. Once the customers pay the EMI entry will be put in the passbook & online computerized payment receipt can be collected for the same. 2. We request the customers to keep all the payment receipts carefully & handover to our office staff at the time of plot registration. 3. Kindly call or walk-in & verify once in 3 months & verify about the entry & receipts. This is totally customer’s responsibility. 4. Payment has to be paid two days before the due date & get it signed from the agent. 5. Payment without receipt will not be accepted. If the amount is paid to the agents & receipt for the same is not received then customer will be fully responsible for issues. 6. Plot payment cannot be clubbed or merged. Payment will not be returned to the customer. 7. Monthly installment to be paid before the lucky draw date. 8. Installment can be deposited through cash, cheque & online bank transaction. The cheque & online bank transaction will be the preferable mode for future accounts references. 9. If there is a cheque bounce then the penalty amount will be deducted from customer’s payment. 10. If a customer doesn’t pay 2 months EMI consecutively then his/her name will be removed & can cell & the amount paid till date will not be refunded. 11. Land registration will be done as per name/nominee name mentioned in the application. If there is a change in the registration name change we request the customers pay their EMI on come to our admin office & do the needful. 12. If the customers pay their EMI on or before the due date every month then 5% special discount (sale amount) will be provided at the time of registration. 13. The company‘s announcements, New schemes, Festive offers doesn’t reach the customers (by post or courier) company will not be responsible these issues. 14. Customers can like & link our ID in Face book, other social media links Email or phone. 15. Address changes / Phone number changes shall be informed through mail or post
