Provides sponge bath to the patient on time in the morning. 3. Provides food to the patient on time as per the doctor's instruction. 4. Provides medicine to patient on time as per the instruction of the doctor 5. Patient care will do walking guidance to the patient. 6. If patient is walk-able our patent caretaker will guide the patient to go to bath room and toilet. 7.
